While we strive for absolute accuracy via incognito audits, physical conditions at listed establishments can fluctuate due to maintenance, construction, weather, or management alterations. Our specifications index represents parameters verified at the time of audit and do not constitute a commercial warranty or guarantee.
2. Non-Commercial Direct Booking
HotelWire.net is not a booking platform, online travel agency (OTA), or intermediary broker. We do not process reservation payments or accept affiliate commission kickbacks for hotel listings. Any contact with hotels or booking actions made by users are performed directly with the respective lodging providers, and users agree that HotelWire is not liable for reservation disputes, structural changes, or lodging experiences.

4. Information Scraper & Re-use License
All catalog structures, compiled parameters, and pre-rendered semantic HTML files on HotelWire.net are protected under proprietary database rights. Mass scraping, extraction of proprietary data coordinates, or commercial mirroring without explicit licensing agreement is strictly prohibited.
